A few months ago I decided that I wanted to take the recon challenge. I finally got the chance. The screening to be accepted is as follows. 1st Class PFT. (3 mile run, Pullups, and crunches) Then to the pool for a 500 Meter swim, 30 minute water tred, 10 Meter rifle retrival, and a 25 Meter underwater swim. I think that although i can be even more fit then i already am, I will have a 95% chance of being able to complete the screening with no problems. The only obsticle i forsee is the 25 Meter underwater swim. My first screening is sceduled for the 6th of this month. If you think you have what it takes I will be posting my daily workouts to follow along with.
I have decided that i needed to redo my blog. The old one was getting lame and never updated. I hope this one will be a better journal of my life then the old one. I miss my friends and i hope this will help me keep in better contact with them. I feel that the more time I spend away from them the more out lives grow apart.
